Unless otherwise stated in your subscription terms, cancellation will stop future recurring payments, and access will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period.

No further subscription payments will be taken after cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a subscription period already paid for. Your refund rights are addressed in Section 8.

8. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refunds and remedies are subject to applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable.

The Harmonics Room provides access to specially created digital wellbeing experiences combining harmonic frequencies, sound, visual imagery and guided attention.

The original audio, frequencies, visual imagery and other third-party materials incorporated into our experiences remain the property of their respective owners, where applicable.

Eternal Self provides access to The Harmonics Room experiences through its digital platform.

Purchasing a product or subscription provides the customer with access to the relevant digital experiences for their intended personal use, subject to the applicable purchase or subscription conditions.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the transmissions or their underlying content.

Unless expressly authorised, customers must not:

• Copy, reproduce, download or record the transmissions.

• Share transmission files, access links or account credentials with unauthorised individuals.

• Sell, redistribute or commercially exploit the transmissions.

• Upload the transmissions or other protected materials to third-party platforms.

• Modify, extract or create derivative works from the transmissions without appropriate authorisation.

• Represent the transmissions or their underlying content as their own.

Access to the transmissions is limited to the authorised customer and the conditions of the applicable purchase or subscription.

All intellectual property rights remain with Eternal Self or the relevant rights holders, as applicable.

10. Venue Subscription and Business Use

Our standard digital products and individual subscriptions are intended for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Retreat centres, wellness centres, spas and other approved businesses and organisations wishing to offer The Harmonics Room experiences to their guests or clients may apply for a venue subscription.

Venue subscriptions provide access to selected digital wellbeing experiences through The Harmonics Room's secure online platform, subject to the applicable subscription arrangements.

An individual subscription does not automatically permit a customer to provide access to the transmissions to other individuals, businesses or organisations.

Venue subscriptions are subject to separate Terms of Use covering subscription fees, authorised access, permitted delivery arrangements, cancellation and restrictions on sharing or distributing the transmissions.

Purchasing a venue subscription does not transfer ownership of the transmissions or their underlying content.

Venues may offer the transmissions only within the conditions of their approved subscription arrangements.

11. Availability and Changes to Services

We aim to provide reliable access to our digital services.

However, availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical difficulties, internet connectivity, third-party platform interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, improve or modify our content and services from time to time.

Where a material change affects a paid service, we will provide appropriate notice and comply with applicable consumer protection requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our websites or digital platforms.
